Catalogued for publication in 1964, but never published because of artistic differences. Forty years in the making, it's here at lawst. Eloise must take a bawth, for Mr. Salomone is coming for tea. She protests and prolongs, but into the bawth she goes. Once there, she has some marvelous fantasies (pourquoi pas? ) , all of which seem to necessitate an overabundance of lovely bubbly bawth water. As Mr. Salomone frets and fumes about the sudden flooding of floor after floor, Eloise scrubs and splawshes unawares. Just as The Plaza Hotel is about to drown in its own bubbles, Eloise saves the day, clean as a whistle (and dry as brut Champagne); 4to; Signed by Illustrator.
