Addie is a bright and creative girl, and she finds her passion in art. She starts a small art gallery in her home, and her work begins to win awards. But when her brothers come home from sea, they start to take over the family business and Addie's dreams start to fade. She meets a man, Tim, who is visiting Kilman's Landing.
