Broken types on page 341. Housed in custom made slipcase and box in Fine condition.

Twain's tale of Hank Morgan, a 19th-century citizen of Hartford, CT who awakens to find himself transported back in time to medieval England at the time of legendary King Arthur in AD 528. Hank uses his knowledge and Yankee ingenuity to advance the English society and secure a high position for himself, but later falls victim to modern society's own darker side.

Samuel Langhorne Clemens (November 30, 1835 – April 21, 1910), pen name Mark Twain, was American humorist, satirist, lecturer and writer. Twain is most noted for his novels Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer and was called "the father of American literature" by American author William Faulkner.
