In Bernard Cornwell's Wildtrack, a group of criminals, led by a ruthless outlaw, has set up camp in the forest just outside of town. The townspeople are outraged, and decide to take action. They assemble a posse, and head out into the forest to take down the outlaws. Along the way, they discover a cache of gold, and the outlaws start to get nervous. The townspeople are getting close, and the outlaws know that they're going to be caught. They start to make a run for it, but the townspeople are hot on their heels. In the end, the townspeople catch up to the outlaws and take them down. They get their gold, and the outlaws get their just desserts.; 8vo; 320 pages; MR, Price check?
